The Partners and their Tasks
In the countries like Poland, Hungary und Bulgaria a Chamber of Trade or a Chamber of Industry and Commerce is respectivly active as a multiplier. In each country two coaches will be trained, who will then offer a proper training to an enterprise (SME) to the second partner from the same land.
KMU deals with the enterprises, which have employees between 15 and 220. They are active in electric-technical and electronic specialisations.
In Germany one of the biggest continuing education enterprises (bfw) will faciliate the works and give an offer according to their experiences, which also suitable for Germany for the process facilitation education. It should be above all adaptable and also suitable for SME.
